Fauna Restaurant at Bruma Winery (Day 2)

After our tasting at Bruma with winemaker Lulu we headed downstairs to Mexico’s top restaurant.  Fauna is located just next to Bruma’s tasting room on property.  We wanted to go to Fauna out on our first trip here but we just didn’t have time. So this trip we were not leaving until we ate here.  For us it was a simple choice on the menu selections.  We got the full tasting paired with beverages.   We got a full six course with up to 4 dishes per course.  It was close to 14 courses!  And wow did it impress. The Smoked Broccoli, Smoked Mackerel, Tuna Ceviche, Braised Lamb, Oyster with Tomato Water and so on.  You will see all the courses in the video below.
